Our summer workouts will start on June 26th and runs for eight weeks with the last date being August 14th. The workouts will be held every Wednesday from 6:00-7:30pm at Industry Sports! The workouts will be focused on fundamentals. There will be two coaches on hand each week to run the workouts, so the players will get a variety of skills and drills every workout!
